If you make a purchase, we collect data necessary to process your order such as: products ordered; payment/billing information; shipping address; and your contact information.
When you access our Sites, depending on your opt-in choices, certain information about your computer or mobile device is shared with us, which may include the activities you perform on our Sites, the type of hardware and software you are using, (such as your operating system or browser), information stored in cookies, IP address, access times, the web pages from which you came, the regions from which you navigate the web page, and the web pages you access. We use this information to better understand the interests of the users of our Sites, to improve our Sites, and products.
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals in browsers as we are trying to provide a customized website experience.

Pangissimo uses the personal information you share to provide you with products you order. We may use your information to track your purchase, purchase history and to contact you for account and promotional purposes. We may also use your personal information for other legitimate business purposes, including to detect and prevent fraud, to collect amounts owing to us and to maintain business records.
When you share personal information to make a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
AGE OF CONSENT
We recognize the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under age 13. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information to ensure delivery of the products you order, obtain payment, or other legitimate reasons discussed more below, we may also disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

When exercising your Right to Know and Delete under the CCPA, you have the right to request the following from us:
The categories of personal information we collect about you;
The categories of sources from which we collect your personal information;
The business purpose for collecting your personal information;
The categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information; and
The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the previous 12 months.
If our Sites are acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
